The valleys and hills have long been quiet through these many months. We invite you to break the silence and fill it with merriment and things that go Thud! Thwack! Twang! Bang! & Chug!

Event details

Join Anglespur for a lovely camping event at the peak of our colorful fall season!  We will have all of the marshal activites represented – heavy list, youth heavy list, thrown weapons, archery, and fencing, though we are planning on a heavy focus on fencing.  Classroom tents will be available for fencing theory, arts and sciences, youth activities, and games.  Evening activities will include bardic, campfires, storytelling, and general merriment.

As this is a private campground, there is power, potable water, flush toilets and showers near the large, central pole building.  Wifi is available across most of the site.

Only service animals are allowed on site.

Kinyon Canyon is bordered by a creek on one side and a river on another.  The site boasts lovely open fields for games and marshal activities and a mix of open field and old-growth forest for choice of camping spots.  Fire rings will be available on most sites, but fire pits can be built with owner approval of their location and raised fire pits can be used throughout.

A detailed schedule of classes, tournaments, and competitions will be added when available.

Site Opens: 5 PM Friday, October 11th
Site Closes: Noon Monday, October 14th

Thank you to the SCA photographers for collecting the experience of last year’s Hunter’s Moon and for the populace for allowing their images to be seen here.
